Haulnotes

Affiliate disclosure

Some links to forwarding agents on this site are referral links. If you register through one, Haulnotes receives a commission from that agent. You pay nothing extra; the commission comes out of the agent's margin.

How to tell

Every referral link carries a small arrow after it and is taggedrel="sponsored" in the page source. Any post that contains one opens with a disclosure box before the body text. There are no referral links hidden in redirects or shorteners.

What it does not influence

Comparisons and measurements are run before any commercial arrangement exists, and the method is published with the result so anyone can repeat it. An agent that performs badly is written up as performing badly whether or not it pays. No agent has ever been given review approval, and no post here is sponsored or paid for.

What it does influence, honestly

Coverage. Agents that run a referral programme are more likely to be written about at all, simply because there is a reason to spend a day measuring them. That is a real bias and worth knowing about, even though it changes conclusions less than it changes the topic list.
