Haulnotes is a small independent site about buying from Chinese marketplaces through forwarding agents. It exists because most of what is written on the subject is either a repost of an agent's own onboarding page or a screenshot thread that dies with the platform it was posted on.

How the numbers are produced

Where a guide states a figure - photo counts, fees, how long something takes - it came from actually doing it, and the method is described in the post. Where something is a guess, it says so. Nothing here is estimated and then presented as measured.

How it is funded

Agent referral links. They are marked with a sponsored attribute in the markup, carry a visible arrow in the text, and every post using them opens with a disclosure. Which agents get recommended is not for sale - see thedisclosure page for what that means in practice.

Corrections

Agents change their fees, their routes and their interfaces constantly, so posts go stale. Anything materially wrong gets corrected in place with the update date changed, not quietly edited. Mail hello@haulnotes.com.
